RAD Legal Services offers the first will-writing service in the UK specifically aimed at Deaf British Sign Language users. You can meet with our Solicitor, Rob Wilks, who can advise you and draft your last will and testament, to making sure that what you want to happen when you die, does happen.

• straightforward wills for married or civil partnership couples drafted after a meeting with an expert wills and probate solicitor to cater for individual needs;
• wills to accommodate more complex family circumstances, including provision from the estate for the children of a first or earlier marriage;
• wills that ensure a second spouse or other spouses can benefit from the estate during their lifetimes;
  protection of funds for future generations.

We are also able to provide storage solutions so that your last will and testament is kept safe until you die. All you have to do is ensure that your family and friends know where your will is kept, and we can deal with the rest.

We aim to provide services in relation to the execution of wills, administration of estates, and establishing trusts and managing them, in the near future.
